On Monday 15th March 2021, we will be introducing changes to our data retention policy for QMplus Media/Kaltura.
From this date, owners of videos that are over 15 months old will receive an email informing them that they have 20 days before their videos are no longer editable.
Please note that this change does not impact video playback and publishing. It only affects your ability to edit your videos using the online editor on QMplus Media/Kaltura.
