The E-Learning Unit at Queen Mary University of London is seeking to appoint a Senior Learning Technologist (Enhancing Practice). The post is full time and permanent and the starting salary will be in the range of £46,489 – £51,899. Closing date for applications is Sunday, 4th August.
In 2019, Queen Mary launched its ambitious Strategy 2030, which includes a commitment to deliver cutting edge curricula and promote new pedagogical approaches to enhance the student experience. The work of the E-Learning Unit will be crucial to delivering elements of the strategy and the purpose of this post is to lead on the enhancement of teaching, learning and assessment through the use of digital technologies. The post-holder will be responsible for running a programme of initiatives to promote good practice, from small master class events and limited pilots, to institution-wide change projects. Underpinning success in this role is the need to provide supportive and motivational leadership for a team of e-learning professionals (currently 4.6 FTE).
