Commonly Asked Support Questions (July-August 2015)

Here are the questions that were most commonly asked on the Helpdesk during the past month.

Question 1: I teach the module ‘XXX’ and I would like to rollover my module. Can you schedule my module to be rolled over?

Answer 1: This request should be forwarded to your School admin who has super admin rights on QMplus and can therefore schedule the rollover for your module.

Question 2: I have super admin rights and can access the enrolment mapper but I cannot delete an existing mapping. Can you help?

Answer 2: Unfortunately, as you have editor role on the enrolment mapper you are unable to delete mappings. Please raise a ticket if you require for any mappings to be deleted within your School.

Question 3: The module info block is not showing the module details for my module ‘XXX’. Can you look into this please.

Answer 3: If your module is on SITS then the module details should be displayed. If this is the case and the details are not appearing on the module, please raise a ticket providing the name and a link to the module.

Question 4: I am the course admin of the module ‘XXX’. How do I enable guest access on my module?

Question 5: I cannot see my Turnitin assignment in the archive for module ‘XXX’ can you have help?

Answer 5: You may have deleted the assignment on the module or you may have to have the assignment restored. We are currently aware that there are issues with some assignments in the archive and will have to raise it with Turnitin.
