Megan Jones and John Seamons are the newest members to join the TEL Team and have been with us since Monday, 28th November. They join Alysa, Annette, Danielle and Raqib in the Training and Support strand – offering support via the IT Helpdesk as well as organising and running induction and training sessions for students and staff across the University.

Meg joins the TEL Team as our new Learning Technology Training and Support Assistant, where she will be one of the first points of contact for all TEL related queries. Meg will also be assisting us with organising and scheduling our training sessions and running evaluative activities. Meg joins us from St Georges University of London, where she worked as a Postgraduate Officer and wore many hats, including planning and organising the University’s taught postgraduate programmes.

John joins the TEL Team as a Learning Technologist, working alongside other Learning Technologists in the team to plan and deliver training sessions in various formats. John will also be responsible for designing new training programmes, as well as overseeing junior colleagues on the IT Helpdesk. John joins us from the University of Greenwich where he worked as a Senior Learning Technology Officer – representing the Business School as their VLE administrator and delivering training sessions on Moodle (VLE), Panopto (lecture capture) and Banner (student records system).
