Summer is approaching and with it comes a variety of annual processes on QMplus including archiving and rollover. Archiving is when we take a snapshot of QMplus which is made available to staff and students so they can see QMplus areas from previous academic years. Rollover is the process of getting QMplus course areas ready for the beginning of the new academic year.
Lots of people have questions and concerns about the rollover and archiving process and this drop-in session is for you to come along and have any questions answered.
At the beginning of the session, we will provide a brief outline of how the process will work this year and then you will have a chance to ask anything you want about the process.
Note that in many Schools in QMUL, the rollover process is handled by local support staff. Your first contact should therefore be your local QMplus administrator. If you don’t know who that is, or you don’t have a local administrator, come to the drop-in and we will be happy to advise you.
