Setting a grading reminder on an assignment
When setting up an assignment on QMplus, you can set a Remind me to grade by date on the assignment. Once set, this will create an event in the QMplus calendar and you will be able to see the grading reminder in the upcoming events widget on your QMplus dashboard, or on the calendar block in your QMplus module area.
This date is visible only to teachers and administrators, not to students.
This guide covers:
Setting up a grading reminder
The grading reminder date can be found beside the due date in the availability settings for a QMplus assignment.
Simply check the Enable check box, enter your required date and save your changes.
Where you see your grading reminder
You will see the grading reminder in the Upcoming events widget on your QMplus dashboard.
If you cannot see the widget on your dashboard, you will have to add it through the Available widgets button. Clicking on the View calendar button will take you to your QMplus calendar.
The grading reminder date will also appear on the calendar in the calendar block in your module area, if you have added one.
Module events are marked by a yellow underscore in the calendar block. Calendar blocks are not visible in module areas by default so if you do not currently have one, you will have to add it.
