How to recover missing content at the top of a course (Topic 0)

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

For: StaffApplication: Administering your module , QMplus

This issue was caused by an early version of new functionality to collapse all topics using Alt +Click and only affects users who used it. The new version which is on the live site will not cause it. To correct the problem, users will need to apply the solution below.

Watch this short video to learn about how to fix the issue:

Topics in collapsed format

  1. Un-collapse ALL topics to reveal the missing content
  2. Collapse ALL topics again and the content at the top (in Topic 0) will remain visible

Topics in un-collapsed format

  1. Collapse ALL topics to reveal the hidden content
  2. Un-collapse ALL topics again in which case the missing (Topic 0) content will remain visible
