I need help, where can I go? (Staff and Students)

If you need help with any of our services; which include: QMplus, Q-Review, QMplus Hub and Turnitin, but cannot find the answer to your question in our guides, you can contact your local school administrator or raise a ticket on Helpdesk and a member of our support team will assist you.

To raise a ticket, please log into the online Helpdesk or email helpdesk@qmul.ac.uk.

You can also come and meet us by attending our drop in sessions, make a one-to-one appointment using our ‘Book a Learning Technologist‘ or attend the workshops that we offer. Please see our Get Advice section for more information on these.
