Here are the questions that were most commonly asked via The Helpdesk during the past month.

Question 1: I cannot join my regular weekly live lectures because the option to join the scheduled Blackboard Collaborate session is not available. How can I join my sessions? Answer 1:  To join a session, click on the link from within the QMplus course area which will take you to Collaborate. If your live lectures are recurring sessions, they can be found within a folder, as shown below. You’ll see an arrow to the right of the session details.

When the arrow is pointing down, the folder is closed. Clicking on the arrow will open the folder to reveal each of the session. Now you can click on the session you wish to join.

Question 2: I want to share a Kaltura recording with someone else. How can I do this?
Answer 2:  You can easily share a link to a video on QMplus Media with anyone you like.  The person viewing the video does not need to log in to view the video. To do this, follow the steps in this video guide: Sharing a link to a recording in QMplus Media. You can also find out about assign people the right to view, publish or edit the video in this guide: Sharing your video with others.

Question 3: I have submitted an assignment but I cannot see it in my Gradesplus area.
Answer 3:  Only grades and feedback that are released through QMplus will be available through your Gradesplus area. If your grades and feedback has been released, a link to the feedback will appear after the submission due date.
