Rich student feedback with Turnitin

24 March 2015 Posted in: Tips Tagged: , By: Gill Ritchie

You probably associate Turnitin with plagiarism detection but did you know that it also provides a rich set of features enabling you to provide feedback to your students? Through the Turnitin GradeMark tool you can make use of:

  • grading forms and rubrics – speed up your marking process and be more consistent
  • audio – record a short comment to give a personal touch to feedback
  • mark up tools – drag and drop comments onto particular sections of student work and build up your own library of comments

To learn more about these features, have a look at our guide on Marking a Turnitin assignment with GradeMark in our Help and Support section.
