For: StaffApplication: Before making a recording , Q-Review , Q-Review at QMULTagged: faq

You must gain permission to record guest presenters and it is illegal to record them without their knowledge. Please find below the consent form that must be filled in by the presenter.

Q-Review consent form

If you are having difficulty arranging consent to record, or plan to confirm it on the day, please email qreviewbookings@qmul.ac.uk to explain your situation. In exceptional circumstances, the recordings can be scheduled but will be made unavailable initially – this means that no-one will be able to view the recordings until permission has been granted by guest speaker.  Where consent to record cannot be produced, we reserve the right to delete recordings without notice or backup.

Did this answer your query? If not, you can raise a ticket on the online Helpdesk or email: its-helpdesk@qmul.ac.uk . Alternatively you can also request a particular guide or highlight an error in this guide using our guides request tracker.
