People who are listed as instructors will receive an email shortly after the recording has been made, notifying them that it is has been processed. If you do not receive an email, or do not see any recordings associated to your account when you login to Q-Review, then you may not have the appropriate access on Q-Review and should raise a ticket through the IT Services Helpdesk.
If your students complain that they cannot see your lecture recordings, please ensure you have either added the Q-Review link to your QMplus page and that it is visible. If you have any further issues please raise a helpdesk ticket.
