The Technology Enhanced Learning Team will be providing e-learning support via the ITS Helpdesk over the Christmas period as needed, on the following dates and times:
- Thursday, 29th December between 2-4pm
- Friday, 30th December between 2-4pm
Staff and students can raise queries via the ITS Helpdesk channels and we will endeavor to assist with any e-learning related issues or queries raised in the ITS Helpdesk on the above dates.
ITS support cover:
ITS will have 24/7 Out-of-Hours IT support cover over the holiday period – provided by Norman as usual. This standard cover, as well as a quick explanation of Norman, is on the ITS pages https://www.its.qmul.ac.uk/.
