- If you are having a technical issue with one of our applications, you can contact the Service desk. This is the quickest way to get help if you have an urgent technical query.
- If you have a quick query or issue you’d like to talk to a team member about, you can come along to one of our online drop-in sessions.
- If you’d like to discuss something in a bit more depth you can book some time with a member of the team through our Book a Learning Technologist service
- You can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. However, please note that our email is not constantly monitored. If you have an urgent technical query, the best thing to do is to contact the ServiceDesk.
