As we prepare for the upcoming academic year, we want to remind you of the importance of informing your students if you plan to rollover their 2023/24 QMplus courses. When courses are rolled over rather than copied for the new cohort, previous versions no longer appear on the live QMplus site and can only be found on the QMplus archive.

At this time of year, TELT often receives tickets from concerned students who can no longer access their courses. To prevent confusion, please notify your students in advance about why they will no longer see their past modules on the live QMplus environment. Providing students with a link to the QMplus archive where the content can be accessed is a small step that can significantly enhance their experience and reduce unnecessary stress.
