We continue to receive reports of students losing access to their modules on QMplus temporarily. The problem appears to resolve itself, as students regain module access after a short time (normally by the time we receive the reported issue, it has resolved on its own).
If this issue occurs, please check QMplus again, as the problem normally resolves within the hour. Also, if you haven’t already, please raise the issue via a Helpdesk ticket, with details about the times when the problem occurred, including when you noticed the modules reappeared.
