This 2-hour session covers:

– Scheduling recordings for teaching venues
– Using Universal Capture on a laptop
– The student view & active learning tools
– Sharing recordings (to individuals, via links, classes & groups)
– Editing recordings using the media editor
– Enabling and disabling features for Q-Review ‘sections’
– Downloading media
– Transcripts & Captions
– Polling & Q&A
– Student engagement & accessing the analytics

These sessions are designed to show you the most commonly used functions of the tools, explore how you can use them with students, give you some hands-on practice and have your questions answered, supported by guidance documentation.

The sessions will be delivered online.

The sessions are available to all staff, but relevant to those who are directly involved in teaching and assessment. PhD students, please note these sessions do not contribute towards skills points.
