Prior to Moodle version 4.3, each column header in the Grader Report provided a direct link to the graded activity.

In version 4.3, Moodle removed this functionality, meaning that clicking on the activity name no longer takes you to the activity.

Many Moodle users have reported that they consider this a loss of functionality, prompting Moodle to plan its return in version 4.5.

In the meantime, you can access graded activities from other areas, such as the activity links on the course page or the Gradebook setup page.
