This 2 hour practical session will introduce you to QMUL’s online learning environment – QMplus. We’ll provide an overview of QMplus and its most commonly used tools, and focus on the practical use of the system necessary to get started with course building. There will be plenty of hands-on experience to ensure you are in a position to start working on your own QMplus course area right away.

During the session, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Create a basic course structure
• Upload resources such as files
• Understand the basics of online assignment submission, feedback and grades
• Give others access to your course, both staff and students

This session is suitable for all staff who will be using QMplus.

Places on these sessions are limited. Unfortunately, due to the current unexpected upgrade of the booking system, bookings are being taken via the email address: elearning@qmul.ac.uk – please email e-learning (stating the session date) should you wish to book yourself a place. The session will be recorded on the booking system when the system is up and running. The session will run from 2 – 4pm on 30th August.
