The QMplus gradebook is the place where you can manage a variety of information relating to grades and feedback on a module. It can look and feel very daunting, especially on modules with large numbers of students. It does, however, provide a variety of very useful and powerful features.

In this two hour session we will cover:

• What the gradebook looks like to staff and students
• Using the gradebook to control when grades and feedback are released to students
• The relationship between the gradebook and Gradesplus
• How to organise the gradebook to make administration easier
• How to set up simple grade calculations
• The relationship between the QMplus gradebook and grades on the student record system
• How to enter data into the gradebook (and how to stop data being entered!)
