Commonly Asked Support Questions

Here are the questions that were most commonly asked via The Helpdesk during the past month.

Question 1: I would like to schedule my lecture to be recorded this week. Would that be possible? 

Answer 1: Before a recording can be scheduled, you will need to check the room is Q-Review enabled and then contact Q-Review Bookings. Further information can be found here.

Question 2: When can I start rolling over all my courses on QMplus? 

Answer 2: You will be able to schedule your course to be rolled over once QMplus has been upgraded in July 2019. All QMplus School Administrators will be informed about the process and the date they can start scheduling the rollover for their course areas. If you have any questions regarding the rollover process, please raise a HelpDesk ticket.

Question 3: I was told that Kaltura is being replaced. How can I download the new application? 

Answer 3: Yes, that is correct. To download the new application, please follow the steps outlined in the guide here.
