Online Surveys Upgrade – a reminder

In our October 2023 Newsletter, we reported that Online Surveys (previously BOS) is upgrading from version 2 to version 3. Currently both versions are available, but you are strongly encouraged to start using the new version. The original deadline to download all survey data from the v2 website was February 2024. However, as a direct response to customer feedback, they have extended this to 31 July 2024.

If you have any questions about this change, please read Online Surveys’ helpful FAQs, or raise an IT Service Desk ticket. If you don’t know what Online Surveys is and want to learn more, please visit the Online Surveys page on our website.
