Communication processes

  1. A communication strategy that is clearly articulated to students containing as a minimum
    1. how they will receive important information such as last minute changes to scheduled teaching sessions
    2. how they should communicate and the necessary contacts for different types of issue and what response time they might expect
  2. Add a module announcements forum
  3. Include opportunities for students to communicate with each other and to the course team about the module, and to give feedback e.g. adding the Quickmail block or providing a Module feedback forum for student
  4. Include moderation of student posts within forums by a member of the course team in accordance with an established protocol e.g. within 48 hours.
